Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Decision Space Publications ("we," "us," or "our") operates decisionspacepublications.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and the forms on it: the free ebook signup, the contact form, the community story-submission form, and the PPCT diagnostic.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly:

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) through this Site, and we ask that you avoid including such information in open-text fields like the community submission form.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

As the Site's email and community infrastructure is finalized, form submissions may be processed through third-party providers such as an email delivery service (for example, a provider like ConvertKit or Mailchimp) and Substack (for the community). Those providers process data under their own privacy policies in addition to this one. Where the hardcover is sold through Amazon, any purchase you make there is governed by Amazon's own privacy policy, not this one.

Cookies and tracking

This Site, in its current form, does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we later add analytics tools to understand Site usage, we will update this policy to describe what's collected and how to opt out.

Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails, at any time by contacting hello@decisionspacepublications.com. If you're located somewhere with specific data-protection rights (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), we'll honor requests consistent with those laws.

Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
