How it works

Field notes come from the room, not from theory

Submit a story

Members submit real, high-friction moments, such as a negotiation that nearly collapsed, a crisis meeting that went sideways, a call made with seconds to spare. Every submission is anonymized before anything is published.

We break it down

Each story gets mapped back to the equation: which variable (People, Place, Context, or Time) was actually the failure point, and what the PPCT read would have caught earlier.
