General
It's an operational framework, built around an equation, for reading the four constants that decide any high-stakes room: People, Place, Context, and Time. It's not a motivational framework; it's meant to be used live, under pressure.
Both, and neither exclusively. The equation doesn't distinguish between a boardroom and a personal crisis. The same four variables apply whether you're navigating a corporate turnaround, a negotiation, or a moment in your own life where the room is reading you.
People, Place, Context, and Time are the four constants in the friction function f(P,p,c,t) at the bottom of the equation. Every high-stakes situation runs on some combination of these four; the framework teaches you to read them before you react.
No. The equation is a metaphor borrowed from mc² and F=ma, not literal physics you need to calculate. The interactive breakdown on The Equation page walks through every symbol in plain language.
The book
A full hardcover edition (currently through Amazon) and a free digital edition. Both cover the same core framework. The hardcover is the complete print edition, and the free ebook is how most readers meet the book first.
No. The hardcover contains everything. Some readers still join the email list from the free-ebook page anyway, since that's also how you hear about the community and any future companion material.
A PPCT field workbook is in development. The fastest way to hear when it's available is to get the free ebook or join the community, since both feed the same list.
Early reader quotes are on The Book page. Verified Amazon and Goodreads reviews will populate there as they come in post-launch.
Free ebook
Yes. You give us an email address, we send you the digital edition. We'll also occasionally send Field Notes and community updates, and you can unsubscribe from those anytime without losing access to the ebook itself.
Straight to your inbox after you submit the form on the free ebook page. If it doesn't show up within a few minutes, check spam before reaching out through Contact.
It's a complete digital edition of the core framework. The hardcover is the full, expanded print edition for readers who want the physical copy or the deeper version.
Community
The community lives on Substack. Members read Field Notes drawn from real, anonymized stories, and can submit their own high-friction moments for future breakdowns. See Community for the full model.
No. Every submission is anonymized before any part of it is published, and nothing goes out without your review first. That's confirmed again on the submission form itself.
Yes, joining is free. Any future paid tiers (round tables, deeper cohort access) will be clearly marked as optional add-ons, not a paywall on the core community.
Media & speaking
Crisis decision-making, executive resilience, and the PPCT framework, for podcasts, keynotes, and executive briefings. See About for his full background.
Use the form on the Contact page and select "Speaking / booking" as the reason. That routes it correctly.
Not yet published on-site. Reach out through Contact and we'll send what's available directly.
